GP Role in a Well-Organised Surgery

We are seeking a skilled Salaried General Practitioner to join our team at a small but well-organised GP surgery in Worcester. As a Salaried GP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a patient list of approximately 5,000 patients with a low number of home visits and great support from an experienced clinical team.
- Offer a flexible schedule with 4 to 8 sessions per week, with great flexibility on working days and session timings.
- Contribute to the development of the practice and its team, with opportunities for further clinical development.
- Enjoy minimal administrative tasks and low home visiting, with ample on-site parking provided.
- Competitive salary of £84,000 - £100,000 per annum (FTE) depending on experience and specialisms.
- Coverage of medical indemnity by the practice.
- BMA model contract.
- NHS Pension scheme enrolment.
- 6 weeks holiday and 1 week study leave.
- Support for development of special interest areas.
- Must be registered with the GMC and on the performers list.
- The practice is able to sponsor a Tier 2 Visa.
