About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Edinburgh Carlton. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front desk team to ensure a high level of service and efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain the appearance and standards of the reception area, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Manage guest requests, enquiries, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and promoting our brand loyalty program.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
