Job Title: Contracts & Maintenance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts & Maintenance Manager to join our team at HL Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our contracts and maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction with our services.
  2. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and resident satisfaction.
  3. Liaise with sub-contractors and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  4. Manage budgets, staff, and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  5. Provide excellent customer service and respond to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Work closely with our development teams to provide input into design and assist with the timely delivery of grounds maintenance services.
  7. Attend client performance meetings and meet with clients and residents on-site to discuss service delivery and feedback.
  8. Deal with compliments, complaints, and performance improvement initiatives.
  9. Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management, including weekly planners and monthly reports.

Requirements:

  1. Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
  2. Proven experience in contract management and maintenance operations.
  3. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
  4. Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on supporting and developing team members.
  5. Good IT skills and ability to use software applications such as Timegate.
  6. Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
