Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our busy production team in the intake department. The successful candidate will be responsible for dismantling returned buildings using a variety of handheld tools, working in a team environment to target and rebuild stock, and performing other tasks as instructed by the Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dismantling returned buildings using handheld tools
• Working in a team environment to target and rebuild stock
• Heavy lifting of panels and sides of modular buildings
• Demonstrating reliability and contributing to the team
• Performing light joinery, fixing, pipework, and cleaning tasks
• General labouring
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of tools and be able to work in a fast-paced team environment. They will also be able to demonstrate reliability and have the ability to contribute to the team.
