Contracts and Maintenance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts and Maintenance Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our grounds maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their complete satisfaction with our services.
  2. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our services are being delivered to the highest standards.
  3. Liaise with our clients to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  4. Manage and coordinate the work of our maintenance teams to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  5. Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure that our equipment and vehicles are properly maintained.
  6. Manage and control budgets to ensure that we are operating within our financial constraints.
  7. Recruit, train, and develop our maintenance teams to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver our services.
  8. Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed and that our teams are aware of their responsibilities in this area.
  9. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure that our clients are kept informed of our activities and any issues that may arise.
  10. Manage and coordinate the work of our HR team to ensure that all personnel issues are dealt with in a timely and effective manner.
  11. Develop and implement effective quality control procedures to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standards.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a maintenance or operations management role.
  2. Strong leadership and management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and budgets.
  7. Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop a team of maintenance staff.
  8. Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols.
  9. Ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
  10. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
