We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts and Maintenance Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our grounds maintenance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their complete satisfaction with our services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our services are being delivered to the highest standards.
- Liaise with our clients to identify and address any issues or concerns.
- Manage and coordinate the work of our maintenance teams to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure that our equipment and vehicles are properly maintained.
- Manage and control budgets to ensure that we are operating within our financial constraints.
- Recruit, train, and develop our maintenance teams to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver our services.
- Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed and that our teams are aware of their responsibilities in this area.
- Develop and implement effective communication plans to ensure that our clients are kept informed of our activities and any issues that may arise.
- Manage and coordinate the work of our sub-contractors to ensure that they are delivering their services to the required standards.
- Develop and implement effective quality control procedures to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a maintenance or operations management role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Ability to develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and budgets.
- Strong recruitment and training skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective communication plans.
