Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing and delivering creative projects from initial brief through to final completion, within budget and deadline and to the highest standard.
  • Identifying, prioritising and managing conflicts between cost, time and quality.
  • Critical path creation, generating quotations and commercial governance.
  • Attending client briefing and presentation meetings alongside other client team members.
  • Engaging with Account Directors and colleagues to ensure project objectives are achievable and meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in permanent POS along with the ability to manage key accounts and drive creative solutions.
  • Direct experience collaborating with brands and retailers on the production of permanent point of sale (POS) materials, such as vacuum-formed plastic or acrylic shelf edge trays, fixturization, FSDUs, and other in-store displays that enhance customer engagement.
  • Experience with semi-permanent POS is also highly desirable.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience and knowledge of permanent POS manufacturing processes (vacuum formed plastic or acrylic) in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent customer service and client relationship building skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations, remaining calm under pressure
  • Excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving approach
