Account Executive POS Production Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to support our production team with the Point of Sale for M&S. You will work closely with the Production Account Director and M&S stakeholders on all campaigns and day-to-day activities, finance and print tests.
This role requires commitment, resilience, and an eye for detail. You will be responsible for supporting all projects, gathering key information for briefs and lock trackers, and assisting with our allocation tool database controlling all amends as needed.
Responsibilities- Project Support: Gather key information for briefs and lock trackers, ensuring timely and accurate data for our team.
- Allocation Tool Management: Control all amends to the allocation tool database, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
- Database Updates: Update Monday.com (project management tool), Media Centre (art working and print), and masie (DAM and workflows) as needed to support the team.
- Day-to-Day Administration: Perform general administration tasks, including updating cost trackers and checking/sending POD information and jobs instore reports.
- Requisition and Invoicing: Process PO requisition and invoicing for artwork and print costs.
- Support and Liaise: Support with trading responses and liaise with store comms to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Store Visits: Conduct regular store visits to review implementation of POS and competitor review.
- Client Relationship Building: Build key relationships with clients and suppliers, delivering second-to-none customer service.
- Wash-up and Process Improvement: Feed into wash-up documents and packs post-campaign launches to improve efficiencies.
- Peoples Person: You should be a people person with exceptional people skills and be a customer-focused fanatic.
- Understand Retail and Print Production: You will have an understanding of both Retail and Print Production.
- Time Management: You will not be micromanaged here; the ability to manage your own time and deliver quality with speed is essential.
- Team Player: You will have experience working within a team and being a team player with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail is an absolute key skill to uphold and deliver.
- Interaction: You will be comfortable interacting with clients and our teams back at base, while being part of ITG, you will also be part of the wider M&S team.
