Job Title:

Account Manager – POS/Large Format

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Harrison Scott Associates. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service through excellent customer service and product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical input and advice on print projects as required
  2. Take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage from start to finish
  3. Suggest alternative options and innovation where possible
  4. Produce detailed specifications for internal and external clients based on client knowledge
  5. Brief suppliers on client requirements
  6. Deliver a high level of customer service
  7. Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time
  8. Ensure activity is recorded using the designated company tools
  9. Implement new methods and procedures as required
  10. Work as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reporting
  11. Ensure invoicing procedures are followed
  12. Able to attend meetings away from the client site as required
  13. Press passing when required and often out of normal working hours
  14. Work with Account Director to identify new business opportunities
  15. Agree and manage budgets and P&L's
  16. Ensure profit is maximised through analysis of performance
  17. Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLA's
  18. Manage and monitor objectives to meet key business drivers
  19. Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Company policies
  20. Measure customer satisfaction and take appropriate action
Knowledge & Skills:
  1. Numerate with a strong commercial understanding
  2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  3. Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  4. Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, with a good sense of humour
  5. Has a high level of technical print knowledge with detailed understanding of different techniques
  6. Experienced and confident with press passing
  7. Is professional, courteous and calm under pressure
  8. Has a project management mind-set
  9. Process driven, with an eye to sales and business development
  10. Approachable and confident to offer advice in meetings
  11. Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations
