Care Quality Manager

As a Quality and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care. You will conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide training and support to staff on quality and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality assurance and compliance across multiple care homes.

Requirements:
- Established Quality and Compliance Manager or a Registered Manager looking to transition into a different role.
- Strong understanding of Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and regulations.
- Proven ability to implement quality improvement strategies.
