Job Title: Field Care SupervisorWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Field Care Supervisor to join our team in Dartford. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of excellent domiciliary care services, meeting legislative standards, and promoting a culture of quality and excellence within our organization.
Responsibilities- To conduct thorough risk assessments and manual handling evaluations for new clients prior to providing domiciliary care services.
- To maintain a robust quality assurance management system, working closely with the Field Care Manager and Branch Manager to monitor outcomes and achieve defined standards.
- To provide regular one-to-one supervision to domiciliary care workers, keeping accurate records of meetings and progress.
- To contribute to the development and training of care assistants, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- To participate in an on-call roster, providing cover for unplanned absences and maintaining the service.
- Experience of supervising others in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a car (although other travel arrangements can be considered).
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills.
- An office-based role requiring initiative, self-motivation, and effective time management.
- Demonstrated commitment to Prestige Nursing & Care's values and behaviors.
- A competitive salary of £19,800 per annum.
- 28 days annual leave (increasing to 33 days after five years' service), plus an additional day off for your birthday.
