Job Summary:

The Association of International Certified Professional Accountants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Accountant to join our team as a Lead Management Accountant. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will be responsible for managing month-end processes, audit, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory accounts preparation, while ensuring the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production of monthly management accounts, including accruals, prepayments, and payroll
  • Balance sheet reconciliation and approval
  • Line-manage two Finance Analysts and an Assistant Accountant, providing support for their ACCA studies
  • Provide support to members of the wider finance team as required

Requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English Language Grade C or 4 or above
  • ACCA/CIMA Qualified
  • Strong understanding of Excel and accounting systems
