Lead Management Accountant Position

At Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Management Accountant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in our finance department and contribute to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of management accounts and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of management accountants to develop their skills and expertise.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with ACCA standards and financial regulations to maintain the highest level of financial integrity.
- Financial Analysis: Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and improvement.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and improve financial performance.
- Qualifications: ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with a strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- Experience: Proven experience in a management accounting role with a track record of success.
- Leadership Skills: Strong supervisory and leadership skills to motivate and develop a team of management accountants.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite to ensure efficient and effective financial management.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.
