Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Second Chef to join our Hospitality team at Runwood Homes, a leading provider of residential elderly care in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation to meet the needs of our residents.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement menus that cater to individual dietary requirements.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain effective stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Deputize for the Head Chef as required.
- Relevant experience in a catering environment.
- NVQ 2 or City & Guilds Equivalent.
- Food Hygiene level 2.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of special dietary and nutritional requirements.
