Paediatric Nurse Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to take on a leadership role in providing high-quality care to children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual clients' needs
- Effectively manage the multidisciplinary team through strong communication and teamwork
- Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs within your caseload
- Deliver nursing interventions, including the management of medicine delivery
- Build and maintain sophisticated relationships with clients' families
- Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care
- RSCN with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN
- Supportive management style that can bring out the best in others
- Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
- Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families, and the MDT
- Suitable for Band 5/Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
- Full UK Driving Licence desirable but not essential
- Up to £50,000 per annum DOE
- 2 days working from home per week/3 days in the community
- Monday to Friday (9-5) hours
- 33 days holiday

- Business travel expenses of £0.45 per mile
