Succession Wealth, a leading UK-based financial advisory firm with over 800 professionals, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of Paraplanning to lead and elevate our paraplanning function.

As part of the Group Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our paraplanning services. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise and drive exceptional outcomes for our clients as we continue to expand and enhance our offerings.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of paraplanning, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of our client base.
  • Champion Succession Wealth's vision and values across the paraplanning team and wider organization.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team culture through strong leadership, mentorship, and development initiatives.
  • Oversee operational excellence within the paraplanning function, continuously seeking process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and leaders to maintain the highest quality standards across all financial planning activities.
Your Profile:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in the financial planning industry. You possess a deep understanding of financial planning principles and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial planning sector, including demonstrable experience managing paraplanning teams or functions.
  • CII Level 4 qualification, with Chartered status preferred.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of financial planning and paraplanning best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • A strong commitment to ethical conduct and professional integrity.
