We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our sales team as a Conference and Events Sales Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving MICE sales, developing relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
This role requires a strong understanding of the hotel industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new clients
- Provide a responsive and well-organized booking service
- Deliver the product offer
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Offer a personalized and tailored event management service
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Innovative and dynamic personality
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-driven approach
- Excellent verbal, non-verbal, numerical, and analytical abilities
- Strong negotiations and influencing skills
- Able to drive actions that add value to incremental spend
- Team player with ability to work within a commercial team
- Location: On-site at PROARK hotels in the UK
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Remote Work: No
$75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience
