Job Description

At .. Sloane, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hostess to join our team in the heart of Chelsea. As a Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests to the restaurant and escort them to their table with efficiency and a warm smile.
  • Create genuine emotional bonds with guests to build loyalty and exceptional service experiences.
  • Answer telephone calls, make reservations, and manage bookings with precision and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with our Reservations and Front Office teams for bookings and special requests.
  • Coordinating with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef for special requests, menus, and assisting other colleagues throughout service.

Requirements:

  • Immaculate personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality.
  • Intuitive service and an absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences.
  • Motivated, creative, and experienced in a similar role within a five-star hotel or fine dining environment.
  • A passion for food and quality products, a team player who is an avid learner, and wants to be challenged and developed.
  • Proven ability to work in a pressured environment with the most demanding guests.
  • Be flexible to work on weekends and holidays.
