About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Head of Marketing to plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Marketing in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain marketing databases, including CRM systems, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to engage with customers and promote brand awareness.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance using data and analytics tools to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Support the production of marketing materials, including copywriting, proofreading, and design.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
