About the Role

This is a key position within our marketing team, responsible for driving customer-focused communications that align with our brand proposition and support business growth. The successful candidate will be integral to delivering effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and yield positive ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver Total Market (TTL) customer-led campaigns on time, ensuring positive ROI.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of campaign briefs, total media planning, and budget management.
  • Ensure creative integration across all marketing channels.
  • Manage Above-the-Line (ATL) production, including media buying briefs, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Coordinate cross-channel marketing activities for Corporate Charity Partnerships.
  • Liaise with marketing teams to align content with the business plan.
  • Support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in tactical planning and monitor campaign results against set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Attend key meetings and support cross-channel marketing plans for Holland & Barrett App objectives.
Requirements
  • Experienced Marketing Professional with knowledge of marketing channel ecosystems, social platforms, and brand consistency.
  • Proven ATL marketing experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Expertise in budget management for media and production.
  • Creative and able to deliver clear customer communications.
