Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a team of Resolution Coordinators, overseeing the operational day-to-day management of customer relationships. With expertise in defect resolution and a passion for construction and new build housing, you will develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring contractors meet service level agreements and employers' requirements.

The ideal candidate will have sound commercial business awareness, knowledge of end of defects and defects liability periods, and HSE compliance understanding. You will drive team performance, enhance customer statistics, and improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will be an effective communicator, working collaboratively across teams from different service areas. Your analytical mind and problem-solving skills will enable you to produce factual reports highlighting trends and key areas of improvement. Additionally, you will utilize your commercial acumen to assist with budget management and planning.

A salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum is offered for this role, commensurate with experience. The position also includes benefits such as 30 days' annual holiday plus bank holidays, two additional paid volunteering days each year, and a flexible benefits scheme.
