Are you a dedicated SENCO based in Primary Schools, looking for daily supply work in Northfield and surrounding areas? Do you have a passion for building relationships quickly and working in small groups?
We are seeking an experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to provide support across Primary Schools. This non-teaching role offers exciting opportunities to make a significant impact on the lives of students with special educational needs.

You will be responsible for undertaking professional duties and responsibilities as a SENCO, including coordinating specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN or a disability, and associated paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the co-ordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN or a disability
  2. Undertake professional duties and responsibilities as a SENCO
  3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
Benefits:
  1. Competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
  2. Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday
  3. Long-term contract with the option of extending or "as and when"

  5. Salary increase after 6 months subject to performance
