Experienced SENCO Wanted for Northfield and Surrounding Areas

We are currently seeking an experienced SENCO to work across Primary Schools in the Northfield and surrounding areas. As a dedicated SENCO, you will be responsible for coordinating specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN or a disability and undertaking professional duties and responsibilities as a SENCO.
Responsibilities and Requirements:- Coordinating specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN or a disability
- Undertaking professional duties and responsibilities as a SENCO
- Proven experience as a SENCO or in a similar role within a special educational needs setting
- In-depth knowledge of SEN legislation, policies, and best practices
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and patient approach to working with students with diverse needs
- A relevant degree and SENCO qualification are essential
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, flexibility, and availability to work on a daily supply basis. An enhanced DBS check on the update service is also required. The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
