Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager will lead our catering team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising daily restaurant shifts, ensuring high standards of food and drink service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and customer interactions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Lead and motivate a team of food service professionals to achieve exceptional service standards and meet business objectives.
- Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and other operational expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events, promotions, and menu launches.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in a high-volume food service environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- IT literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
