Assistant Front of House Manager Role Summary


We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Assistant Front of House Manager to join our dynamic team at Park Plaza. As a key member of our Front of House department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading by example, and contributing to the smooth operation of our hotel.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and motivate the Front of House team to achieve excellent guest satisfaction and financial goals.
  • Manage payroll, rotas, recruitment, training, appraisals, and performance management to ensure the team's success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the Front of House service culture, including briefings, team meetings, and coaching.
  • Have a thorough understanding of Opera and previous Front Office experience in a hotel setting.
