Urban Pubs and Bars Limited is a dynamic and expanding group of pubs, bars, and restaurants in London. We are seeking a talented and ambitious Assistant Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in all aspects of running our venue. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the venue, including staff management, customer service, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in managing the venue's operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and develop a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of quality.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a manager in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and high standards of quality.
