Viator, a leading travel marketplace company, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our Global Sales and Account Management team.

About the Role

This is a key role that plays a critical part in driving the success of our sales team. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will partner with sales leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading projects to support the operational and strategic goals of the sales team
  • Maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce platform to drive sales team productivity
  • Equipping the sales and account management teams with the tools and knowledge necessary for success
  • Developing operational and strategic reports and analyses to enable sales leaders to execute business objectives successfully
  • Creating a framework for developing corrective action plans based on operational metrics to identify sales performance issues and opportunities

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably with a focus on global markets. If you have experience in structuring sales teams and optimizing sales processes to drive revenue growth, we want to hear from you.
