Sales and Operations Manager

The Sales and Operations Manager is a key role at Lids, responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring efficient store operations. With a strong focus on customer service, this individual will lead the team to meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics.

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of producing sales gains through excellent customer service and will be responsible for controlling expenses by protecting Company assets and managing inventory effectively.
- In this role, you will supervise associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and adhere to company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for scheduling and staffing the store, including calling in associates to work during unexpected peaks.
- You will participate in LIDS Training Programs, set goals for sales and tasks, and regularly follow up with team members. Additionally, you will administer progressive steps of discipline, including verbal and written warnings when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent plus one year relative experience is required. Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner are crucial for success in this role.
- You will need to operate a computer and maneuver relative software programs efficiently. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder, and work with hands overhead is also required.
- Standing for up to 100% of the work time is a must, and working unsupervised will be a regular part of your responsibilities.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum
