About Triptease:

We're a pioneering tech business transforming the hospitality industry by empowering hotels to increase direct bookings and optimise revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the demand generation team to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for Triptease.
  • Owning and refining existing marketing channels to achieve optimal ROI.
  • Developing data-driven strategies to boost conversion rates throughout the marketing funnel.
  • Expanding expertise in AI and automation platforms in marketing efforts.
  • Creating targeted marketing campaigns using first-party and third-party data.
  • Implementing Account-Based Marketing tactics and hyper-personalisation to engage key accounts and specific audience segments.
  • Initiating innovative projects that enhance our marketing mix.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.
  • Executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Managing lead nurturing programs to streamline the sales process.
  • Maintaining the marketing database for targeted campaigns.
  • Leveraging HubSpot for efficient marketing operations.
  • Effectively managing the marketing budget across various channels and campaigns.
  • Providing actionable insights on campaign performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Expertise in HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of ABM tactics and hyper-personalisation.
  • Multi-channel marketing experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of successful project initiation.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-growing environment.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools.
  • Database management and funnel optimisation knowledge.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
