Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Director - Luxury Marketing to join our team at De Beers Group. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our global marketing calendar and roadmap, as well as guiding the measurement of their effectiveness.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have proven experience within Marketing strategy and operations, with strong experience/appreciation of luxury market. You will have a strong analytical skillset, able to interpret data and provide actionable insights, as well as technical proficiency in marketing technologies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the global marketing calendar and project roadmap, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement marketing methodologies and 360 campaign plans, briefs, and critical paths.
  • Act as the single point of contact for global marketing calendar, project roadmap, and 360-marketing campaigns, ensuring progress is reported at monthly meetings and performance reviewed at quarterly meetings.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience within Marketing strategy and operations, with strong experience/appreciation of luxury market.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Technical proficiency – Broad and deep knowledge of marketing technologies.
  • Experience in establishing relationships with other luxury brands in order to co-host marketing events.
  • Experience of the jewellery market would be advantageous.
  • A degree or relevant marketing qualification is desirable.
