About the Role

The Expansion Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and expansion initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing plans to increase revenue, expand our client base, and enhance our market presence.

You will work closely with our senior leadership team to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and negotiate agreements that benefit both parties.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record of business growth, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business expansion plans to drive revenue growth
  • BUILD STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND SUPPLIERS
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts with clients and suppliers
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £24,000 + Profit Share Bonus Scheme, a contributory pension scheme, company healthcare scheme, and other benefits.
