About the Role:

We are recruiting a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth in the aerospace and defence sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and be able to effectively promote the business to potential clients.

Salary Information:

The salary for this role is £60,000 per annum, plus benefits and a company car/car allowance.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth plans to achieve targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

Desirable Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and software applications.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
