About this role:

The Global Workplace Experience Lead is a strategic position that serves as the primary client contact for the delivery of CBRE's Experience Services and Hospitality Programme. This program focuses on increasing individual well-being, personal productivity, and organisational effectiveness for our Client, with an emphasis on five-star service delivery across all aspects of the Workplace.

This role is part of the Account Leadership team and is focused on managing our strategy for delivery of Experience Services across the globe, delivering tangible concepts to a diverse customer base and managing long-term value across the Experience platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing savings goals and creating action plans to improve financial position(s).
  • Managing development, production, quality, and retention of Experience Services teams across the globe.
  • Providing vision, strategy, and implementation guidance for the full scope of Experience Services.
  • Supporting the global food services provision being delivered to the client from an operational excellence and training standpoint.
  • Remaining informed about developments within the Experience Services industry and networking with in-company subject matter experts to bring world-class solutions to bear for the client.
  • Ensuring quality and regular audits of the Service Business Continuity plan.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for someone with formal supervision and management experience of Regional Workplace Experience leads. French speaking is preferable but not essential. Relevant experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.

We also require the ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc., is necessary.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is £80,000 - £120,000 depending on location and experience.
