We are seeking a highly skilled Social Work Professional to join our team at Entrust Social Care Ltd.

About the Role: As a Senior Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing and managing cases involving children in need of safeguarding. This includes conducting thorough assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children in your care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's needs and develop effective care plans
  • Manage a caseload of complex child protection cases
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers, police officers, and healthcare professionals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with families and other stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Team Manager to ensure the safety and well-being of children

Requirements:

  • DipSW or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with the HCPC
  • Current DBS clearance
  • Able to drive a car
