Job Title: Senior Practitioner Social Worker

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Social Work Team Supervisor in our Learning Disability Team in Islington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for holding a small caseload of complex cases and supervising around 4 social workers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Holding a small caseload of complex cases requiring expert assessment and intervention skills.
  • Supervising around 4 social workers to ensure they have the necessary support and guidance to deliver high-quality services.


Requirements:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced social worker with a degree or equivalent in social work, current Social Work England registration, and significant frontline experience in Adults Services within the UK. You should also have at least 3 years post-qualification experience, ideally in a senior role, and be able to work in the office at least once a week with some flexibility to work from home.

Benefits:
As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
