Compliance Policy Manager

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team in Wells. As a key member of our team, you will play a lead role in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, reviewing existing policies, and making necessary improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Review existing policies and make necessary improvements
- Manage audit compliance reviews
- Conduct training on compliance
- Educate the wider team on their understanding and monitoring CPD
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have ACA, ACCA, ATT, or CTA qualification with a career background developed within accountancy practice. You may also have a hands-on, client delivery-focused background as a Client Manager in an existing managerial or review capacity, overseeing the delivery of accounts, tax services, and wider services to a mixed client base of limited companies, SMEs, OMBs, sole traders, and partnerships.
What We Offer
In return for your skills and experience, we offer a highly competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, parking, and access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
