About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and strategic individual to join our team as a Chief of Staff. This role will provide deep access to the business, allowing you to make a profound impact on our organization, team, and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Business Operations: Develop and implement internal processes, program management, and priority setting to ensure seamless execution of our business strategy.
  • Lead People Operations: Take a lead role in people operations, taking the pulse of the team and supporting the design and evolution of our organization.
  • Support Strategic Projects: Work with the CEO to maximize their capability and effectiveness, and support special projects and strategic portfolio projects.
