About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Manager to join our team at KPMG. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement through strategic planning, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead project workstreams and manage small teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective solutions
  • Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management initiatives to drive business innovation
  • Ensure the firm's risk management frameworks are adhered to and maintain a strong focus on quality and ethics

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in strategy, operations, and project management. You will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
