Job Summary

At R3, we're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Manager to drive the execution of strategic and tactical initiatives across the Commercial division. As a trusted partner to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you'll play a pivotal role in defining and executing the division's strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the CCO to define and execute the division's strategic priorities.
  • Manage the budget for the Commercial Division and assist with commercial division organization structure and planning.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and execution of divisional objectives.
  • Act as a key advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer, providing insights and recommendations on business operations and strategy.
  • Represent the Commercial division in executive meetings and communicate strategic decisions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the CCO in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes.
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a strategic role within a Commercial division, preferably in a financial services and/or product software company.
  • Strong understanding of sales, product management, and software and professional services pricing.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects.
  • A highly adaptable problem solver with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
