About the Role

PingPong Payments is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Manager to join our team as Chief of Staff to the CEO, Global Businesses. This is a critical role that will drive strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Business Initiatives: Oversee the development and execution of strategic business initiatives, working closely with senior leadership and department heads.
  • Liaison and Communication: Serve as a liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and the CEO, providing project updates, proposals, and planning.
  • Program Management: Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
  • Organizational Structure: Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure, identifying knowledge and skills gaps and helping to address them.
  • Cross-Functional Teams: Ensure effective communication and collaboration within multicultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with the CEO and other executives on special projects.
  • Subject-Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4-7 years of relevant and progressive work experience in a business role, preferably with the payment services or fintech industry.
  • Project Management: Solid experience in project management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Communication Skills: Strong project-reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communications.
  • Leadership: Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data Analysis: Experience in data analysis and budget management.
  • Consulting: Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management.
  • Project Coordination: Proven success in a project coordination role.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Educated with a relevant degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a top-tier university.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
