The Strategy & Operations team plays a critical role in driving Airwallex's growth and efficiency. We leverage data insights, strategic thinking, and collaboration to optimize processes, identify growth opportunities, and ensure seamless operations at scale.

As a key member of the CEO office, you will work closely with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives across the globe. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating and managing cross-functional deep-dives and special projects to address business gaps and opportunities.
  • Managing cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables and effective collaboration.
  • Preparing and updating materials for business reviews, highlighting progress, key risks, and dependencies.
  • Providing strategic guidance to working-level project teams and stakeholders to resolve inefficiencies and roadblocks.
  • Driving a data-driven approach to ensure the overall healthiness of the organization.

We are seeking an experienced professional with:

  • 6-7 years of experience in a fast-growing tech startup, top-tier strategy/management consulting, or equivalent.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience in technology, financial services, or high-growth environments is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
