Brook, a leading sexual health and wellbeing charity in the UK, seeks an experienced clinical leader to join its team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the organization's clinical services and leadership strategy.



Key Responsibilities



  • Provide professional leadership to nursing and clinical staff within Brook's services, promoting collaboration and effective teamwork.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical strategies that meet the diverse needs of Brook's service users.
  • Take ownership of ensuring staff engagement and support for Brook's wider work, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with local leadership teams to provide efficient and effective clinical services.


Requirements



  • Significant experience in senior clinical leadership roles, preferably in healthcare or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality care, improving outcomes, and advancing the sexual health and wellbeing agenda.
  • Ability to lead change initiatives, foster innovation, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of current policies, guidelines, and best practices in sexual health and wellbeing.
  • Flexible approach to working arrangements, with willingness to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  • Enhanced DBS check and right to work in the UK are essential requirements.
