About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at Brook. As a Clinical Manager, you will play a key role in providing an efficient and effective clinical service, including the professional leadership of all nursing and clinical staff within the service.
Main Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively as part of the local leadership team to provide an efficient and effective clinical service.
- Provide effective professional leadership of all nursing and clinical staff within the service.
- Play an active role in the leadership of Brook and take personal responsibility for ensuring staff are engaged in supporting the wider work of the organisation.
