We are seeking a skilled Clinical Practitioner to join our medical team at Camborne & Redruth Community Hospital. The successful candidate will work alongside GPs and ACPs assessing and managing patients presenting to the Same Day Emergency Care unit (SDEC) and those who have been admitted to Cornwall's Virtual Ward.

Main Duties
  • History-taking, examination, requesting investigations and creating an appropriate safe medical management plan for patients presenting to SDEC and Virtual Ward.

Person Specification
  • Recognised teaching or mentorship qualification equivalent to level 3
  • Independent Non-Medical Prescriber Qualification & registration with NMC
  • Masters in Advanced Nurse Practitioner / or a verified portfolio of evidence or working towards
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £53,755 to £60,504 per annum. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including flexible working, job share options, and opportunities for professional development.
