IT Change Analyst Opportunity

Precise Placements is seeking an IT Change Analyst to assist with the firm's IT change management activity. This involves facilitating and chairing the weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB), checking RFCs for correctness and completeness, and encouraging compliance with the change management process and policies.

This role joins the firm's Global Systems Team, located in London, which is responsible for supporting and maintaining the firm's technology across geographical regions. The team is split into six functional but collaborative groups - Infrastructure, Applications, Development, Solution Architecture, Testing and Change and Release.

Key responsibilities for this IT Change Analyst opportunity:

  • Chair CAB meetings as required and perform related administration tasks.
  • Coordinate and chair eCAB meetings as required.
  • Provide administrative assistance as directed by the IT Change and Release manager.
  • Support the IT Change and Release manager with the setup and adoption of the in-house developed change management portal.
  • Distribute the forward schedule of change prior to CAB meetings and the results of the CAB votes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to the firm's IT change management process and work collaboratively with the Global Systems Team.
