Job Title: Account Director/Business Manager

At Knightsbridge Solutions, L.L.C., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Director/Business Manager to join our New Business Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating revenue from net new logo accounts and working closely with multiple stakeholders across our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a geographical territory of enterprise accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  2. Lead all sales efforts from qualification to contracting, linking our solutions and value to desired business outcomes.
  3. Maintain Salesforce to ensure pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  4. Partner cross-functionally with other sales teams, marketing, Customer Success teams, and sales leadership to drive business growth.
  5. Engage with other Adecco Group brands to unlock opportunities globally.
  6. Act as a brand spokesperson/ambassador for EZRA within your assigned territory.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of relevant enterprise sales experience managing a new territory.
  2. Proven, repeatable, flexible sales processes.
  3. Relevant experience in the HR consulting/leadership & L&D space preferred.
  4. Excellence in networking, partnering, and communicating with senior stakeholders.
  5. Strategic, creative, and commercially minded – entrepreneurial.
  6. Required travel, and office attendance in alignment to EZRA's Global Hybrid working policy.
  7. Regular team social events.
