Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist/Nurse to join our team in North East Community Respiratory Service. As a key member of our integrated team, you will play a vital role in delivering pulmonary rehabilitation, COPD optimization, and respiratory physiotherapy to patients in their homes and community settings.

Main Responsibilities

As a Physiotherapist/Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting assessments and developing care plans for patients with respiratory conditions
  • Delivering pulmonary rehabilitation classes in various community venues
  • Providing home visits to patients for assessment and review
  • Working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and carers
