About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Physiotherapist/Nurse to join our team in North East Community Respiratory Service. As a key member of our integrated team, you will play a vital role in delivering pulmonary rehabilitation, COPD optimisation, and respiratory physiotherapy to patients in community settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualised care plans for patients with chronic respiratory conditions
  • Conduct assessments, reviews, and interventions to support respiratory management
  • Work closely with colleagues in Consultant-led palliative care to provide holistic patient care
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of service improvements
