Job Title: Senior Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Physiotherapy team at Oaks Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to take on a leadership role within our Physiotherapy department. You will be responsible for managing a team of physiotherapists, developing and implementing physiotherapy programs, and contributing to the development of our department's strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, and education
  • Manage a team of physiotherapists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement physiotherapy programs, working closely with our multidisciplinary team
  • Contribute to the development of our department's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with our organization's goals and objectives
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care
