Geographic Sales Representative

We are currently looking for a Geographic Sales Representative to join our team at VectorBuilder, a leading biotech company specializing in advanced genetic engineering solutions. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics or related field (Ph.D. highly preferred), who can work independently and as a collaborative team player.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills, with fluency in English both verbally and written. Experience in account management or marketing is highly desired, as well as a minimum of 2 years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical device experience. Strong product/service knowledge and ability to interact with customers with confidence and ease are essential for success in this role.
This position comes with an estimated annual salary of £55,000 - £65,000, inclusive of quarterly performance commission. Key responsibilities include increasing sales within the designated territory, discovering and reaching out to new potential clients, and providing high-level technical support and guidance to customers. A strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment are also required.
